My name is Lisa and I have had very bad experiences in the past with dentists that I just avoided them all together until one day that was no longer a choice so between holding full time job and dealing with tooth pain I spent a whole week call dentists and with no insurance or being a new patient or scheduling it was not working until Thursday morn and with xrays and plan that afternoon I was in on Friday for surgery of my wisdom teeth and a root canal ( I am 38) and off to recovery over the weekend.
They are a very personable place that actually cares about the patient and not just a another number in the system and these day that isn't very common. Also they have wonderful payment options with money down you can pay each month so there are no excuses anymore to NOT going to the dentist with 6 Day of Plano/Frisco .

I brought my 3 young daughters in to the Roanoke, Texas 6 Day Dental location at 7 am this morning. From the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel comfortable, welcome, and unrushed. I was a little nervous taking my children to the dentist for several reasons. First of all, it was just something that we have procrastinated doing for several years. It was the first exam and cleaning for all of my kids, ages 7, 5, and 4. I was afraid I would be made to feel like "less of a mother" for not getting them in sooner. My experience was far from that. My children and I were treated kindly during all portions of our visit and were never made to feel guilty or embarrassed. The second reason I was nervous coming was due to my 5 year old having an irrational fear of pain. Visits to the doctor are often very dramatic and frustrating. I knew that if our first experience at the dentist was not a good one, we would struggle to bring her back for years to come. My 5 year old was taken care of by Darlene. She was so wonderful with her! She was very patient and took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and she made sure that my daughter felt included and in control of what was happening. She NEVER felt scared and never felt any pain during her cleaning or examination. She left the dentist very happy and will not have a problem returning. My other daughters were handled with equal care and compassion. My 7 year old was taken care of by Lacey, and my very busy 4 year old was taken care of very patiently by Michelle. They too will be happy to return to the dentist for their next visit.
When I was making the dental appointments I really debated going to your facility, or going to a location that specialized solely in pediatric dentistry. I was worried that they may not be as comfortable or as well cared for unless it was at a location intended only for children. Today I feel confident that we made the right choice. We had a wonderful experience and appreciate the way that we were cared for while we were in the care of your staff. I hope your dental hygienists know they are appreciated for their wonderful "chair-side" manner! Thank you for a great first dental experience for my daughters!

Your website indicates your passion is to create the ultimate family dental practice and I wanted to take a moment to tell you that I sincerely believe you have exceeded your stated goal. I haven't been the the Dentist is 10-12 years due to a rather unpleasant experience the last time I ventured into the dentist's chair. I finally broke down and made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at your Frisco location. I have to be honest and say I was completely and totally terrified.
I should first acknowledge that every person I encountered in the Frisco office went out of their way to welcome me and make the experience as pleasant as possible. I truly can not praise the entire group enough. The Frisco office is a first class operation!
There are three specific individuals within the Frisco practice that had to put up with me and I felt it was important to recognize them and bring their excellence and professionalism to your attention. My experience started with Cori and she was exactly what I needed to actually get me to show up to my appointment. She quickly uncovered my fears and took on the responsibility of ensuring my experience was going to be pleasant. She was extremely compassionate when speaking with me about my necessary procedures which truly put me at ease. Cori was also extremely thorough in discussing the financial aspects of my dental work. She answered all of my questions and took care of every detail concerning insurance. With my level of anxiety, the last thing I needed was wondering about the finances. Cori eliminated every concern surrounding my procedures and finances. She truly sees your vision for the ultimate practice!
I also was lucky enough to have Jennifer as my Hygienist. You need to know what a superstar you have in her. I needed a deep cleaning for obvious reasons and thanks to Cori, I actually showed up. Jennifer recognized that with my level of anxiety and the extent of cleaning that needed to happen, the likelihood of me ever coming back was probably not good. Jennifer recommended we re-schedule the visit with me sedated. The fact that re-scheduling me would result in lost revenue opportunity was not lost on me, but I could see Jennifer had a sincere desire to ensure I had the appropriate cleaning and that I would return for regular cleanings in the future. When I did return, she was incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen and she did an incredible job. It has taken a few days to get used to what a clean mouth feels like! I have to believe her hands and arms were tired when she finished.
Finally, Dr. Dooley had the opportunity to practice his drilling techniques on me. Again, my comfort was his priority throughout the procedure. It was a pain free experience from beginning to end and again, he explained everything that was going to happen. I wasn't expecting a call from him that afternoon to check in with me, but it was one more example to truly exceptional customer service.
While I am sure you recognize the exceptional operation in Frisco, I felt it was important to share my experience with you. I feel like a walking advertisement for 6 Day right now and am spreading the word to everyone I talk to. While we would still rather do many things other than going to the dentist, my family and I will now be regular patients in the Frisco office thanks to the exceptional staff you have assembled.
